Southern Sound

Born in Middle Georgia, James started music at an early age. Growing up in a small town and attending a small church, Southern Gospel Music was a large influence in his life.  After high school James attended Middle Georgia College where he participated in the Ensemble and had the opportunity to tour and experience many styles and genres of music. Southern Rock and Blues were a favorite and after serving as a youth/music minister for over 20 years, Contemporary Christian became  a large part of his music.  Now as Southern Sound, James combines these musical influences into a fun night of music.  James is available for revivals, services, retreats, senior adult events, weddings and parties.
